Welcome to Roseberry Designs we are an Architectural Design Consultancy Service based in the North East of England. Our aim is to provide our clients with services ranging from Self Build planning, 3D visualisations and building regulation documentation, along with floor plans, sections, elevations and structural calculations for both new and existing properties; including extensions or renovations. We can also provide full architectural design packages for new/future housing developments.

 

If your new to the industry and need some advice on self-build homes, renovations or extensions or if you are simply just looking for some inspiration then we are happy to help. We have a specialist team who are able to provide a personalised design service to ensure client requirements are met paying close attention to space, environment and practicality of each project.
